Kevin Cook has been appraising in Southern California since 1984. He received his B.A. in Finance from California State University Fullerton in 1989, and his MAI designation in 1992. He focuses mainly on industrial property, with secondary emphasis on office and other property types.

 

Concentrating on industrial properties has allowed Kevin to develop an expertise and familiarity with the industrial markets across Southern California. Areas for which he has expertise and data resources include Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and San Diego County.

In the most recent past, Kevin has appraised properties ranging from small, single-tenant industrial buildings to developments of over 1,000,000 square feet. He is flexible with regards to report type and is willing to discuss any specific requirements related to job requests. In all cases, you can rest assured that his work will comply with State law, USPAP, and the standards of the Appraisal Institute. Additionally, he performs all assignments personally, rather than relying on less experienced subcontractors or employees.
